LESS MUNDANE TASKS.
Increasingly, the task of the Office of Finance and particularly that of the CFO, is expanding outside of just the finance department. Due to their skills of analysis, budgeting, compliance and so on – they are getting more involved and sometimes even put in charge of the IT department, logistics and transformation.
The CFO role has moved from just making sure the scorecards balance, but to one of company strategist. They understand where the expenses and costs are, they can provide analysis and insight to the CEO and ensure that any business decision is backed by sound financial criteria.
Whilst strategy is a huge role for the leadership team, the Office of Finance still needs to keep tabs on cost control, cash flow and the day to day financial activities that any company has.
We assist the Office of Finance and the CFO with a myriad of solutions – most of these assist in reducing the amount of time spent on time consuming, administration and mundane tasks so as to free up time to focus on analysis, business performance and customer satisfaction.
